Impossible Quiche - rated 1

I love making this recipe for Sunday Brunch.

Impossible Quiche.

1 1/2 cups milk
1/4 cup butter
2 eggs
1/4 cup flour
4 rashers of bacon
1 extra egg
1 cup grated cheese

Method
Melt butter, add milk and eggs - mix well with fork. Then add flour, extra egg, bacon and cheese. Cook for 1/2 hour @ 350oF. The quiche will set as it cools.

I have made this for years and just love it - you can add mushrooms or peppers.
